Hi, I'm Rena I've walked hard roads, and I'll walk yours with you.
I'm the founder of Assured Hope Counseling Services — a wife, a mother of four daughters (plus one bonus), and a Gigi to nine grandchildren. My life hasn't been peaches and cream. But people loved me, poured into me, and refused to give up on me. That's why I do this work.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring open-mindedness, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help you explore what feels heavy. My approach is rooted in healing and empathy — designed to help you see yourself, your relationships, and your future with fresh eyes.
